Casey Locker is a dedicated family law attorney who brings compassion, clarity, and steady guidance to the individuals and families she serves. Since beginning her practice in 2017, she has focused exclusively on family-related legal matters, representing clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions. As one of the few dedicated family law litigators in Alamance County, Casey is deeply committed to advocating for her clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
After earning her bachelor’s degree from Alfred University in 2014, Casey went on to receive her J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2017. Her practice encompasses a broad range of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, property division, and spousal support, as well as more specialized matters such as adoption and termination of parental rights. Casey is also a NACC Certified Child Welfare Law Specialist, a credential that enhances her ability to support families navigating cases involving Child Protective Services and complex child welfare issues.
Beyond her legal work, Casey is actively engaged in her community and has served for several years as the Board Chair of The Exchange Club’s Family Center of the Central Piedmont. She and her husband reside in the area, and during her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her two horses. Outside the office, Casey is often found riding in endurance competitions across the Southeast — a pursuit that reflects the determination, discipline, and resilience she brings to her clients every day.
